Policies
Returns
We offer a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA@gpsworldpro.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
Refunds
We will issue a full refund for most items returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and in the original packaging and resalable. All refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.
Manufacturer Warranty
All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please feel free to call or email us if you have a question about a specific manufacturer’s warranty period.
Shipping
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered. Customers will be notified if an item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.
Cancellations
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@gpsworldpro.com with your name, order number, and your contract information to cancel an order.
Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus any shipping costs).
Out Of Stock Policy
Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out-of-stock items are in stock again within two (2) weeks.
