Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: No. At this time we are unable to ship overseas.
Q: How will the product be shipped?
A: At this point all of our orders ship via UPS.
Q: How do you calculate shipping?
A: Based on the weight and type of shipping selected.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A:Yes.We offer a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA@gpsworldpro.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
